Scripture Reading- Dear Laodicea: The Lukewarm Church
We're currently in a sermon series entitled Dear Church: Seven Letters to Seven Churches. As we read Jesus’ letters to churches in the book of Revelation, we’ll learn what Jesus is saying to us, His church at Greenmonte, so that we can remain faithful even in hardship and live with hopeful hearts, awaiting King Jesus’ return.

In preparation for worship this Sunday, we invite you to read Revelation 3:14-22 to hear Jesus' words to the church in Laodicea.

Family Life Meeting: Sunday, February 7
We'll be having a Family Life Meeting at the end of our worship service on Sunday, February 7th. During this time the Stewardship Committee will be presenting the 2021 proposed ministry budget for Greenmonte, and reviewing God's faithfulness through our giving in 2020.

Return to Kimball with SWAP!
Dates for work groups to return to Kimball, WV with SWAP (Sharing with Appalachian People) in summer 2021 are now available. Although plans may change, as of now SWAP plans to host teams at 50% capacity, and every other week. Creg Wood spoke about the area this past Sunday when we prayed for the team going this week. This summer SWAP plans to return to doing work on homes of area residents, and will focus on outside work and have Covid precautions in place. If you are interested in hearing more, please contact Dana Stoltzfus.

Redemptive Compassion
Love INC, a local non-profit that equips churches to serve their neighbors, is offering their Redemptive Compassion classes in February and March. Redemptive Compassion is a biblical philosophy of how we can offer holistic help to those around us in need. The skills you gain in this class can be used to volunteer with Love INC, or to help your own family and friends. To see the dates of the classes and sign up, visit their webpage.
