We'll see you for worship at Greenmonte this Sunday at 10:15am.

Masks
We ask that everyone age 5 and older wear a mask while inside the building.

Seating
Sanctuary seating has been arranged in distanced rows. If you need further distancing, the back of the sanctuary has open space and folding chairs available for you to arrange your own seating.

Livestream
Our worship will be livestreamed on our YouTube and Facebook channels.

Advent
This Sunday is the second Sunday of Advent. Advent is the season in which we prepare our hearts for the coming of the Christ child at Christmas, while also looking forward to when Jesus will come again. Come join us as we set our hearts on Him!

From Pastor Seth: 17 Practical and Effective Ways You Can Reach Your Neighbors This Christmas and New Year
Christmas is a great time to share about the hope that we have with our neighbors and friends. Now, more than ever in my lifetime, people need hope! Thankfully, we know the source of hope and His name is Jesus.

Even with the challenges that Covid brings to normal life, we can still find creative and effective ways to share the hope that we have with others. I invite you to check out this blog post by a British couple who are church planting in America, Alex & Hannah Absalom, and their 17 ideas for reaching your neighbors.

It's amazing what God can do through small acts of kindness coupled with prayer. You are blessed to be a blessing!

Young Life Poinsettia Fundraiser
Young Life is an organization that works all over the world to invite teenagers to follow Jesus. Valley Young Life, our local chapter, is holding a Christmas fundraiser to benefit their ministry. Order a poinsettia from them for yourself, or have one delivered to someone with a personalized note. To find out more, visit the link below.

Join us for Caroling on December 9
Join us for Christmas Caroling at Stuarts Draft Retirement Home on Wednesday, December 9th at 6:30 pm. We'll meet at the Meadows building on the property and park there (144 Patton Farms Rd, Stuarts Draft). We'll have three caroling stops outside around the property. The residents will be told about our visit so that they can come out on their individual balconies and patios. After Caroling, we will have some hot chocolate and desserts outside on the property before we say good night. Join us as we share some much needed Christmas cheer with our elderly friends.

Home for Christmas
Let's extend some Christmas cheer to our Greenmonte family worshipping at home! There is a Christmas tree in the lobby with tags hanging from it. Each tag is labeled with the name of a family or individual who has been worshipping at home. Please take a tag, mark down on the clipboard whose name you took, and follow the directions on the tag to provide the family with a special gift of love from Greenmonte! If you have questions, contact Liza Peltola. The deadline for taking a tag is Sunday December 13th.

Christmas Eve at Greenmonte
Please join us December 24th at 4pm at Greenmonte for our Christmas Eve service. We're looking forward to celebrating the birth of our Savior together. Bring your family, friends, and neighbors!
