The Miracle of Christmas

700 years before the birth of Jesus, Isaiah prophesied that a child would be born who would be called Immanuel, God with us. It's easy to believe that God is with us when life is going well. But what about when life is difficult and we're walking through the valley of the shadow of death? The great miracle of Christmas is that God comes to us in our darkness, in our brokenness and in our need. So we can experience peace and rest even in the most difficult of circumstances because God is with us. He is our hope.
