The God of Second Chances

God gives Jonah a second chance to obey His command and go to Nineveh. This time, Jonah goes and warns the people of God’s coming judgment. The people, from the king down, repent sincerely by fasting and wearing sackcloth. Seeing their change of heart, God shows mercy and spares the city.
