Sundays at Greenmonte

Walking into any unfamiliar place for the first time can be a little intimidating and maybe even uncomfortable for some people - especially when it’s a church.  So when you visit Greenmonte, you can expect to feel welcomed and accepted from the moment you step through the door.  You’ll be warmly greeted and cared for.  And you’ll probably notice people from different backgrounds, generations and walks of life - maybe even some people you know.  If you have any questions, we'll do our best to answer them and make sure you're headed in the right direction.

All in all, what you can expect at Greenmonte is pretty much what you could expect when visiting friends - to be welcomed, respected and to leave feeling that you’re glad you came.  For more information about what to expect, just scroll down.

What Should I Expect?

Worship

Our services usually start off with about 20-25 minutes of singing and worship followed by a 30-45 minute encouraging and relevant message from the Bible.  Our worship is contemporary but also blends hymns and choruses.  You're welcome to worship in whatever way you feel led whether that's sitting, standing, kneeling or dancing.  Our desire is to experience God's presence and know Him more.

Kids

We love families and kids!  If you’ve got little ones who are walkers through age 2, you can check them in to our nursery staffed with dedicated adult volunteers.  They'll help ensure that your child will be safe while having a fun, age-appropriate experience. And we have Greenmonte Kids Church each Sunday during the message.

Parking

There are plenty of parking spots including specially marked spaces for our handicapped guests.

You'll see everything from jeans, shorts and t-shirts to dresses and collared shirts. There is no dress code.  Just wear what's comfortable.
