Greenmonte Ministry Teams
This team helps to maintain and coordinate our worship experiences through the use of lighting,
sound and visuals. No prior experience is needed.
Greenmonte Kids Team
This team creates an environment in our children’s church and Sunday school ministry where
children are consistently exposed to the real love of Jesus. They intentionally invest in the lives
of our children through teaching, worship, crafts, games and more.
Connect Ministry Team
This team helps to plan and execute connect ministry events at Greenmonte including
fellowship meals, picnics and other special events.
Facilities Team (Buildings & Grounds)
This team works behind the scenes to maintain a spirit of excellence in our facilities.
This team loves people and makes them feel at home at Greenmonte. They welcome guests at
the door with a smile and hand out worship guides for Sunday services.
This dynamic team prepares the way for our guests to encounter the presence of God through
vocals, instruments and audio engineering.
This team connects with guests by offering a hot cup of coffee and a warm welcome while also
keeping our coffee stations clean and stocked.
Kids Check-in Team
This team welcomes families as they arrive at Greenmonte and facilitates the check-in process,
ensuring children are cared for effectively and efficiently.
This team is a guest’s ﬁrst impression of Greenmonte. They manage the ﬂow of the parking lot
for services and events, making parking easy and efﬁcient.
This team of trained intercessors covers Greenmonte family and ministry needs as well as the
weekend service in prayer, preparing the way for the Lord.
This team ministers to our youngest children by leading them into a real relationship with Jesus
through Bible stories, worship, prayer, hands-on activities and personal interactions.
This team utilizes their gifts of administration and organization to serve the church in
administrative areas like data- entry, ﬁling, communication and more.
This team serves behind the scenes to prepare both the Communion elements and the
environment for Communion during our Sunday Communion services.
Compassion Ministry Team
This team ministers to the practical needs represented in our body and the local community
through assessment and disbursement of the necessary funds from the Compassion Ministry
Décor Ministry Team
This team helps to create an atmosphere of worship and welcome through decorating and
beautifying our worship space and building throughout the year and for special events.
Food & Flower Ministry Team
This team organizes opportunities for our church to respond to needs for meals as well as
encouragement and consolation.
These groups are involved in outreach ministries with a focus on being the hands and
feet of Jesus to bring God’s love to our communities and world by meeting both physical and
Greenmonte Youth (Jr & Sr High Youth)
This team builds the next generation, one dynamic worship experience, relevant Small Group,
impactful retreat and life-changing mission trip at a time.
Small Group Leaders
This team hosts small groups, offering a place for people to ﬁnd meaningful community. Small
group leaders host groups based on topics or activities they are passionate about.
This team helps to both initiate and maintain relationships between Greenmonte and its local
and global mission partners. In addition, this team prayerfully oversees the disbursement of
Greenmonte’s REACH ministry funds which account for more than 10% of our annual budget.
This team also works with people and groups from our own church who are doing outreach
locally and globally.
This team helps the church to accomplish its mission through wise and prayerful planning and
management of its resources. It communicates regularly with the body to teach and encourage
generosity and stewardship in all areas and to draw attention to ways that our giving is
accomplishing our kingdom mission.
Women's Ministry Team
This team works to encourage the women of Greenmonte in their walk with Christ. The Women's
Ministry Team organizes events, retreats, and group studies to bring women together in fellowship
